Can You Take Phytosterols and Vitamin A Together?
May affect absorption
The short answer
Phytosterols reduce intestinal lipid absorption including fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamin A (retinol) absorption may be significantly reduced when taken alongside phytosterols due to competition for micelle incorporation.
How to arrange timing
Separate Phytosterols and Vitamin A by at least 2 hours to ensure adequate vitamin A absorption.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
