Can You Take Beta-Sitosterol and Vitamin A Together?
May affect absorption
The short answer
Beta-Sitosterol reduces intestinal lipid and cholesterol absorption, which also impairs absorption of fat-soluble Vitamin A (retinol) and carotenoids that require micelle incorporation.
How to arrange timing
Separate Beta-Sitosterol and Vitamin A by at least 2 hours to ensure adequate vitamin A absorption.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
