Can You Take Benfotiamine and Caffeine Together?
May affect absorption
The short answer
Caffeine increases thiamine excretion via diuresis and may reduce its absorption. Benfotiamine is a lipid-soluble thiamine prodrug with higher bioavailability, but concurrent caffeine may still accelerate urinary losses of its active metabolite thiamine pyrophosphate.
How to arrange timing
Space benfotiamine and caffeine at least 1-2 hours apart.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
