Can You Take Vanadium and Vitamin C Together?
Dose or timing may matter
The short answer
Vanadium has nephrotoxic potential, and high-dose vitamin C generates oxalate requiring renal excretion. Together they place multiple stressors on kidney function.
How to arrange timing
Keep vanadium under 1 mg/day and vitamin C under 1,000 mg/day. Monitor kidney function if using both.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
