Sustamine (L-alanyl-L-glutamine) is a stabilized dipeptide form of glutamine. Combining it with free L-glutamine provides redundant glutamine sourcing; total intake should be monitored to avoid GI side effects from excessive doses.

How to arrange timing

Use one or the other. Sustamine provides better absorption and stability than free-form L-glutamine.
