Can You Take Colloidal Silver and Copper Together?
May affect absorption
The short answer
Colloidal silver competes with copper for absorption via shared intestinal transport proteins (CTR1 and DMT1). Chronic colloidal silver intake is associated with copper depletion and secondary copper deficiency.
How to arrange timing
Separate colloidal silver and copper supplements by at least 2 hours. Monitor copper status with long-term colloidal silver use.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
