Can You Take CDP-Choline (Citicoline) and Uridine Monophosphate Together?
Dose or timing may matter
The short answer
CDP-Choline is metabolized into uridine and choline in the body. Adding standalone Uridine Monophosphate creates a redundant uridine load. While often stacked, excessive uridine may cause GI discomfort or headaches.
How to arrange timing
CDP-Choline already provides uridine. If combining, use a lower dose of Uridine Monophosphate (e.g., 150mg instead of 250mg).

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
