Can You Take Alpha-Galactosidase and Inulin Together?
Dose or timing may matter
The short answer
Alpha-Galactosidase breaks down oligosaccharides including some prebiotic fibers. Taking it with Inulin may partially reduce the prebiotic effect by degrading oligosaccharide chains before they reach the colon.
How to arrange timing
Take Inulin separately from Alpha-Galactosidase. Use the enzyme with meals and the prebiotic between meals.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
