By downloading, installing, or using Synstax ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Synstax is an informational tool that helps users organize their supplement intake schedules and identify potential interactions between supplements. The App provides scheduling suggestions and conflict detection based on publicly available data from sources such as NIH Office of Dietary Supplements (ODS) and peer-reviewed literature.

3. Not Medical Advice

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All information in the App is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by the App.

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date supplement interaction data, we do not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the information. Supplement research is an evolving field, and the App may not reflect the most recent findings. Use the information at your own discretion.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Synstax offers optional in-app purchases including auto-renewable subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

6. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the App's operation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Synstax are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The supplement data is compiled from public sources and attributed accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. This includes, without limitation, any health outcomes resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
