1. Overview
Synstax ("the App") is a supplement scheduling and conflict detection tool. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
2. Data We Collect
Synstax does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All your data stays on your device:
• Supplement list — stored locally on your device
• Schedule preferences — stored locally on your device
• Intake history — stored locally on your device
• Notification settings — stored locally on your device
We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or any form of telemetry.
3. Camera & Photo Library
The App requests camera and photo library access solely for the OCR supplement label scanning feature. Photos are processed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in Vision framework. No images are uploaded, transmitted, or stored beyond the scanning session.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Synstax does not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Purchase records are managed by Apple and synced through your Apple account.
5. Third-Party Services
Synstax does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. The App operates fully offline after installation. The only external communication is with Apple's App Store for purchase verification, which is handled by the operating system.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:
• Delete individual supplements or intake records within the App at any time
• Uninstalling the App permanently removes all associated data from your device
• No data to request deletion of from any server, because no data leaves your device
7. Children's Privacy
Synstax does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and does not require any personal information to function.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
