Can You Take Synephrine and Yohimbine Together?
Dose or timing may matter
The short answer
Synephrine (bitter orange) and yohimbine are both sympathomimetic agents that raise blood pressure. Synephrine activates alpha-1 receptors while yohimbine blocks alpha-2 autoreceptors. Combined use may cause significant BP elevation.
How to arrange timing
Research suggests caution when combining sympathomimetic agents. Monitor blood pressure and heart rate closely.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
