Can You Take Potassium and Strontium Together?
Dose or timing may matter
The short answer
Both potassium and strontium require renal clearance. Strontium competes with calcium at the kidney level, and adding potassium increases the electrolyte balancing burden on the kidneys.
How to arrange timing
Use both at recommended doses. Those with reduced kidney function should be cautious about stacking mineral supplements.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
