Noopept and Piracetam both enhance cholinergic neurotransmission through different mechanisms. Noopept is approximately 1000x more potent by weight. Combining them may cause excessive cholinergic stimulation and headaches without adequate choline support.

How to arrange timing

Ensure adequate choline supplementation when stacking Noopept with Piracetam. Use standard doses of each and do not exceed recommended amounts.
