Can You Take Kava and Selank Together?

Selank is a synthetic anxiolytic peptide that modulates GABA and serotonin systems. Kava also has GABAergic anxiolytic properties. Combining two GABAergic anxiolytics may produce additive sedation and impaired psychomotor function.

How to arrange timing

Use lower doses of both when combining. Avoid driving or operating machinery after taking this combination.
