Can You Take Folate and Pancreatin Together?
May affect absorption
The short answer
Pancreatin contains enzymes that can interfere with the absorption of folate. The protease component may degrade folate-binding proteins, and the altered digestive environment may reduce folate bioavailability.
How to arrange timing
Take folate supplements at least 1 hour apart from pancreatin.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
