Can You Take Centrophenoxine and DMAE Together?

Centrophenoxine is metabolized into DMAE in the body. Taking both provides a redundant and excessive DMAE load, which may increase risk of cholinergic side effects including headaches and jaw tension.

How to arrange timing

Choose one or the other. Centrophenoxine already provides DMAE, so adding standalone DMAE is redundant.
