Can You Take Calcium and Rubidium Together?
May affect absorption
The short answer
Rubidium and calcium may compete for absorption in the GI tract. As monovalent and divalent cations respectively, they can interfere with each other's uptake through shared cation transport channels.
How to arrange timing
Separate rubidium and calcium supplements by at least 1 hour.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
