Can You Take Caffeine and DMHA Together?
Use extra care with this pair
The short answer
Both caffeine and DMHA (2-aminoisoheptane) are central nervous system stimulants. DMHA acts as a sympathomimetic amine similar to DMAA. Combining them can produce additive cardiovascular stimulation including elevated heart rate and blood pressure.
How to arrange timing
Use extreme caution when combining stimulants. Reduce doses of both and monitor heart rate and blood pressure. Avoid if you have cardiovascular conditions.

Important context
Whether supplements suit you together also depends on dose, product formulation, health conditions, and medication use. Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a chronic condition.
