Can You Take Alpha-GPC and Aniracetam Together?

The short answer

Aniracetam increases acetylcholine receptor sensitivity, while Alpha-GPC provides a choline substrate for acetylcholine synthesis. Although often stacked together, excessive cholinergic stimulation can cause headaches, nausea, or GI discomfort.

How to arrange timing

Start with lower doses of both when combining. If headaches or nausea occur, reduce Alpha-GPC dosage first.
